Shipping Policy

MediTrustUSA operates from India and currently ships to eligible delivery addresses within the United States. Orders are processed, fulfilled, and dispatched from India using international shipping partners and local delivery carriers.

By placing an order with MediTrustUSA, you acknowledge that your order will be shipped internationally from India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to valid residential and business addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

• PO Boxes
• BFPO or military addresses
• Freight forwarding services
• Addresses outside the United States

2. Order Processing

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Daily Order Cut-Off

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates include both processing time and shipping transit time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or periods of high shipping volume.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when available after your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking details within three business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer support team.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders are shipped internationally from India to customers in the United States.

Depending on applicable regulations, shipments may be subject to customs procedures or government-imposed charges.

Where duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or similar charges are not included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package where possible and notify us promptly.

If damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the package and product

Lost Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, MediTrustUSA will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Address Changes, Order Modifications & Cancellations

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Once processing has started, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you no longer wish to keep an eligible product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

MediTrustUSA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
